Do you see influencer marketing as more than a reach play – and think in terms of profitable growth instead? Do you know how to build a creator ecosystem from scratch, read French beauty communities, and develop campaigns that actually perform?

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager – French Market (m/f/d) to take full ownership of building and managing our creator ecosystem in France – and to establish influencer marketing as a scalable, profitable growth channel for Pomélo+Co.

Your mission

  • Full ownership of all influencer marketing activities for the French market – from strategy to execution
  • Building and maintaining a strong creator network (nano to macro) on TikTok and Instagram
  • Developing campaign strategies with a clear focus on profitability
  • Scaling top-performing content via Spark Ads in close collaboration with the performance team
  • Building and managing an affiliate program
  • Ownership of key KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, AOV, CPM, and CM3
  • Budget responsibility and negotiation with creators and agencies
  • Continuous market monitoring in France to identify trends and relevant creators early and leverage them strategically
  • Creating reports with concrete recommendations to further accelerate growth in the French market

Your profile

Must-Haves

  • At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally in a beauty or lifestyle D2C company
  • Native-level French and business-fluent English
  • An existing network of French beauty creators and/or agencies
  • The ability to manage 100+ creators per month in a structured and efficient way
  • Experience with KPI-driven influencer marketing

Nice-to-Haves

  • German language skills for day-to-day collaboration with our Berlin team
  • Experience with influencer marketing tools such as Storyclash
  • Experience with eCom insights platforms such as Shopify Analytics or KLAR
  • Experience in a profitability-driven D2C company
