- 3–4 years of experience as a digital designer in an in-house or agency environment, ideally with a strong focus on performance marketing, CRM, and digital campaign design
- Excellent layout and visual design skills, especially for paid social, CRM/email design, and conversion-focused digital assets
- Strong understanding of performance principles, including testing variations, clarity, speed, hooks, and conversion-oriented design thinking
- Experience designing for multiple digital platforms and adapting assets according to channel-specific requirements
- Solid hands-on experience in video editing and motion adaptation for short-form campaign content
- Excellent skills in Figma and solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of After Effects and/or Premiere Pro for editing, motion graphics, cut-downs, and simple video adaptations
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, especially in relation to landing pages, e-commerce touchpoints, and conversion-focused digital experiences
- Experience designing digital user journeys, landing pages, or on-site campaign assets is a strong plus
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and fast turnaround times
- A strong aesthetic eye with interest in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands
- Proactive, well-organized, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with generative AI tools (Higgsfield, Figma Weave, Nano Banana Pro) is a big plus.
- Language skills: English (C1). Native German, French, or Italian is a plus
