• Performance-focused design: Create compelling static and motion assets for Meta ads and other paid channels, with a strong understanding of conversion, formats, and testing needs.

• Campaign asset creation: Design performance-driven visuals for e-commerce entry points, social media ads, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.

• Motion & video support: Produce and adapt short-form motion graphics and video assets (e.g. ad animations, cut-downs, simple edits) to enhance campaign performance.

• Brand & performance balance: Translate brand guidelines into conversion-oriented layouts that feel premium, modern, and on-brand.

• Collaboration with marketing teams: Work closely with performance and marketing stakeholders to translate KPIs and insights into effective visual solutions.Collaboration within the design team under the lead of design team lead.

• Shared design workflow across both brands: Be part of a collaborative team of designers, contributing a strong performance mindset to our overall design output.

• 3–4 years of experience as a digital designer in an in-house or agency environment, ideally with a strong focus on performance marketing or paid social.

• Excellent layout and visual design skills, especially for Meta ads and conversion-driven assets.

• Excellent skills in Figma and solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  Working knowledge of After Effects and/or Premiere Pro for basic motion and video adaptations.
  Understanding of performance principles (formats, hooks, testing variations, clarity, speed).

• A strong aesthetic eye with interest in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
  Proactive, well-organized, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

• Language skills: English (C1). Native German, French, or Italian is a plus.
