Are you enthusiastic about modern hair care and always up to date in the social media world? Then become part of our team and market our brand on the Italian market as an Influencer Marketing Trainee (m/f/d) in Berlin.

• Research exciting influencers with a large reach for new collaborations
• Support the daily exchange with our cooperation partners
• Contribute your ideas for the development of new influencer campaigns
• Gain insights into the analysis of campaigns based on KPIs and OKRs
• Help to organize strategies and events for long-term relationship management - e.g. influencer trips, meet & greets or offline events
• You help out where you are needed - e.g. with content creation, sending packages and goodie bags or preparing campaign materials

Über Dich

• You are currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business administration, communication, media or a comparable subject - or are planning a compulsory or orientation internship between two study periods
• You have at least 6 months time for an internship
• You have fluent Italian and English language skills, written and spoken
• You have a feeling for creative ideas, good storytelling and current social media trends
• You are communicative - in writing, visually and in direct exchange
• You enjoy building contacts and maintaining relationships
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic, creative start-up environment
  Nice-to-have: You have your own successful Instagram account with creative content and are in regular contact with your subscribers
